ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Following his early career with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, Nilesh “Neil” Lakhlani founded GeoTech Environmental Services Inc in 1993 out of his early childhood environmental and conservation experiences in Kenya and subsequent awareness of the the environmental contamination related challenges business owners face in Florida.
Unlike most concerned citizens, Neil had the expertise, desire and moral compass to make his passion a resource for South Florida facility property owners, developers, investors, lenders, government sector, and law firms.
Mr.Lakhlani’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s & Master’s degree in Geology, Advanced level courses with the University of Oxford, United Kingdom.
Neil’s business acumen was accrued at Dartmouth College’s Tuck School of Business.
Neil has accumulated the necessary professional licensing to accompany his engineering and business degrees which include the following:
- General Contracting
- Pollutant Storage Systems Contractor license
- Commercial Real Estate Broker
GeoTech was also certified by the US Small Business Administration as an 8(a) Certified Minority Business Enterprise to provide high quality environmental engineering services to the Federal Government and U.S. Military facilities throughout the United States.
The commercial real estate arena is not a one size fits all world. Scholastic excellence, professional certification and experience in business best practices are involved. That includes Market Analysis, Marketing, Government Red Tape documentation skill, creative financing, buyer/seller management and learned strategies covering environmental, regulatory and liability risk management.
Neil has developed his passion for the environment into a success for his clients, vendors, facilities, neighborhoods, workers and families around the more than 4,600 environmental actions he has cared for over these nearly three decades of care
