The situation
An auto repair shop had petroleum under its in-ground lifts, two old used-oil tanks, and gasoline contamination left from fuel dispensers that hadn't been used in years.
The challenge
Before any work, GeoTech gave the owner the strategy and the actual cost to cure, then secured the state's approval for a limited assessment, removed the lifts and tanks, and cleaned up the contaminated soil.
The outcome
The site closed out with a completion order. GeoTech then found the buyer, negotiated and closed the deal, and later placed a tenant for the new owner.

An auto repair shop came to us with a real problem, petroleum under the in-ground lifts, two old used-oil tanks, and gasoline contamination left over from fuel dispensers that hadn't been used in years.
Before we did any work, we gave the owner the strategy and the actual cost to cure, so the decision was made with the full picture, not a guess.
We got the state's approval for a limited assessment, removed the lifts and the tanks, cleaned up the contaminated soil, and closed it out with a completion order.
Then we found the buyer, negotiated the deal, closed it, and later placed a tenant for the new owner.
That's Advisory and execution, start to finish. Not just telling you what's wrong. Fixing it, and getting the deal done.
